Astute’s EPC Power team is partnering with a leading EPC Contractor within the UK Power Industry to recruit a Telehandler on a 12 month contract basis for its Waste to Energy facility based in the Ellesmere Port area.

 

The Telehandler role comes with an hourly rate of £17.87 per hour.

 

 

Key skills and responsibilities: 

• Operate a telehandler to lift, move and position materials across the site.
• Safely load and unload materials from trucks.
• Transport materials to designated areas within the construction site.
• Provide general facilities and maintenance assistance on site.
• Report to the Construction Manager on site for the EPC Contractor
• Moving equipment such as Pipes, and cables to be installed on the plant.
• Valid CPCS card.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Banksman/Traffic Marshall qualification.
• Hardworking and flexible attitude.
• Competent to work alone safely and diligently, and also as well within a busy team.
• As a member of the Facilities Team, help with all the following responsibilities:

• Ellesmere Port
• £17.87 per hour (Flat rate for 7 days)
• Start date - April 2024
