Site Manager / Project Manager
Duration - 24 months
Locations - Aberdare (South Wales), Eye (Suffolk), and Stewartby (Bedfordshire)
Rate - £450 - £500 per day

The Role
We are recruiting 3x Project Site Managers for 3 new build OCGT based in Southern Wales, Suffolk, and Bedfordshire. The Project Site Managers will be responsible for overseeing all construction actives including design for the Principal Contractor. The Site Manage will require an extensive understanding of Power Station construction, Commercial Management, Planning and Health & Safety.
Role Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Technical Director the Site Manager will be responsible for:
- All construction actives under CDM regulation (2015)
- Design coordination
- Commercial responsibilities associated with construction
- Stakeholder management of client, internal and subcontractor
- HSE responsibility
- Commissioning and handover
Qualifications and Skills:
- SMSTS (Site Management certification)
- Engineering degree in one many disciplines including Electrical, Mechanical, Civil etc.
- CSCS
- Experience working within the Power Industry including energy from waste, CCGT, OCGT and also Oil & Gas projects.
