James is an extremely nice guy to deal with, very dedicated and comes over as person who takes his job seriously. He wants to make sure everything is in place and that he has the right job offers suited to my requirements and experience. He comes over passionate about what he does and wants to secure that position for you. He keeps you in the loop every step of the way. I have worked for Astute and I have been registered with Astute for quite a few years now. I normally deal with Gregg and occasionally Alex, I rate Astute as the best agency I am registered with. So far so good! James has been reassuring during the process so far, polite and friendly. When you're looking to change jobs it's good to have a confident and personable voice on the other end of the phone. Career changes can be scary sometimes and you just need the recruiter to keep you on track. I've spoken with agencies before who have made you feel you are one of many and quite abrupt in their manner. This is not the case with James and Astute Technical Recruitment.
