Implement and maintain the project Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001 standards and client-specific requirements.
Review and advise on quality plans, procedures, method statements, and inspection/test plans (ITPs) for civil works activities.
Conduct site audits, inspections, and quality reviews to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and statutory requirements.
Support the identification, reporting, and resolution of non-conformances, including overseeing corrective and preventative actions (CAPAs).
Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to provide guidance on quality standards and best practices.
Ensure proper documentation and traceability of all QA records, reports, and quality-related communications.
Assist in internal and external audits and support certification or regulatory inspections as required.
