Supervise and coordinate mechanical works on-site, including piping, plating, and steel erection.
Ensure compliance with all project specifications, engineering drawings, and UK regulatory requirements.
Oversee subcontractors and direct hire labour to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
Act as a key figure in implementing CDM duties for contractors, ensuring safe systems of work and proper control of work activities.
Lead Permit to Work and Putting People to Work processes in line with UK CDM best practices.
Maintain strong interface with HSE team, project management, and quality control personnel.
Support planning and sequencing of mechanical activities to minimise delays and conflicts.
Participate in risk assessments, toolbox talks, and site audits.
Ensure correct materials and equipment are available and stored/used correctly on site.
Drive proactive resolution of technical or interface issues during installation phases.
