Astute's Power Team are currently recruiting 10x Electrician to join a Electrical Main Contractor on a new build Waste to Energy facility based in Chester, Cheshire for 4 months (possible extension)
The Electrician position come with an hourly rate from £25 to £26 per hour. Role responsibilities and key skills for the role:Install containment systems (tray, basket, conduit, trunking)
Pull, dress, and terminate LV, control, and instrumentation cabling
Install and connect motors, panels, switchgear, and junction boxes
Interpret electrical schematics, layout drawings, and cable schedules
Perform inspections and pre-commissioning checks in line with QA protocols
Work with the site team and supervisors to deliver tasks safely and on time
Adhere to all site health & safety procedures including permit-to-work systems
Contribute to snagging, red-line drawings, and documentation handover
