About the role:
Astute’s Power team are exclusively partnering with a global company specialising in integrated fabrication and construction solutions to recruit a Welder on a 10-month contract for its Protos EFW site.
The Welder role comes with competitive rate.
Key skills:
- Reading installation drawing as appropriate
- Fabricating and install metal work/pipework across the process plant.
- Operate fabrication machinery to carry out small scale fabrication functions on site commensurate with the role
- Carry out pressure and leak testing activities and/or replacing materials/components as required
- Produce patch repairs from sheet metal, drilling and tapping where necessary
