• Working with the current Health and Safety management system covering the plant.
• Fully prepare the site and the workforce for the outage works
• Propose interim solutions
• Engage with various internal stakeholders
• Implement all policies and procedures once approved by the stakeholder group
• Create a governance to ensure regular updates are reported and tracked against key metrics
