About Kelly Chappell:

Kelly was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, from sending my application to receiving and signing an offer. I was given frequent updates throughout the process, as well as guidance on what to expect in the next steps. There was excellent communication throughout, constantly ensuring any questions I had were answered as soon as possible. Kelly was absolutely fantastic. Within an hour of me applying for an advertised position she contacted me and discussed my current situation, my experience and my suitability for the job role. I explained my current cv was slightly out of date and she updated it for me, sent me a copy and forwarded it to my new employer. It took a while for interviews to be scheduled but Kelly kept me informed. She contacted me several times to inform me of the situation and reassured me not to worry about the long time waiting for an interview. She explained that the company I applied for a position for were currently undoing an outage and that they were taking a while to arrange interviews. Eventually I heard back from Kelly telling me that I had been given an interview. She helped me and told me what to prep for and sent me over some helpful material about the company and their operations on the site. I was successful in securing a position and Kelly has been in touch a few times to make sure the process was smooth and that I had handed in my notice at my current employer. Kelly has been friendly, helpful, professional and I am grateful for her help in securing a new position. She is currently in the process of helping a colleague as well and I have every confidence that he will have the best chance at being successful in the role he has applied for. Thank you, Kelly!
