Responsibilities and duties
As the HDD Locator
you will:

Operate tracking and locating equipment, such as Digitrac and Falcon.

Assist in setting up drilling equipment, mixing mud, and ensuring proper mud composition.

Participate in tool changes, ensuring operational readiness and safety.

Weld PE (polyethylene) pipes as needed, adding value as a multi-skilled team member.

Perform accurate tracking and locating operations on-site, adjusting as necessary to fit project specifications.

Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols, conducting regular equipment checks, risk assessments, and following all safety regulations on-site.

Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:

A valid driving license (HGV Class 1 or Class 2 preferred).

Experience with HDD tracking and locating equipment (e.g., Digitrac, Falcon).

Skills in handling PE welding, equipment setup, and basic maintenance.

The physical fitness to manage on-site equipment and tooling changes.
