About the role:
Astute’s Power team are currently partnering with a Principal Contractor to recruit a Quantity Surveyor on for a site of theirs near Enfield.
The Quantity Surveyor role comes of £500 per day. Outside IR35.
Key skills:
· Signing of subcontracts and collaborating in the offer phase.

Co ordinate with Construction, Procurement and Finance Departments in closing of subcontracts.

Co ordinate with Project Control regarding planning and cost controls on site.

Manage PAC

Manage back charges and Contradictory prices.

Claims and Measure Management.

Address any needs of reports or special analysis requested by Project Control or Project Director on site.

Hold experience in working on an Energy from Waste project or similar sector in Construction.

Heavy Civils background
