Electrical Engineer Energy from Waste Northwich, UK Salary of £50,000 - £70,000 D.O.E     Introduction The Electrical Engineer functions in a mid-level engineer capacity, or technical specialist. Under general supervision, performs all aspects of conventional design engineering and analysis. Broadens knowledge and skill set in area of discipline. May start to expand knowledge into other disciplines and/or functional areas.                   Roles & Responsibilities As the Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for:
  • Preparing a variety of moderately complex engineering deliverables
  • Continuing to learn and remain current on departmental design guides, standards, systems, applicable engineering codes and company policies and procedures
  • Perform complex research and develop recommendations for equipment and/or material selection
  • Preparing complex engineering calculations following standard methods and principles
  • Provide support for multiple projects on complex technical challenges
  • Understand and adhere to budget, schedule, and quality requirements 
  • Initiating contact with other disciplines as needed to identify and coordinate details of the work
  • May assist with performance management process, mentoring, recognition, and any corrective actions required
    Skills & Qualifications We are looking for someone with the following:
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline
  • Experienced in engineering calculation and design
  • Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in EfW and/or construction
  • Able to satisfy criminal/civil background checks
    Salary & Package What’s on offer for this exciting role:
  • Salary of £50,000 - £70,000 D.O.E
