We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Pharmacy Call Center team in Louisville, KY. As a Pharmacy Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacies, assisting with medication-related inquiries, order processing, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls related to pharmacy services, medication inquiries, and prescription orders
• Provide accurate information and assistance regarding medication availability, insurance coverage, and order status
• Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Assist with resolving patient issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with pharmacy teams to address customer needs

Requirements:

• No pharmacy license required
• Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
