Pay: $60-65/hr (based on experience)
Hours: 1st (7a-3p M-F, Flexible for later start and end too) or 2nd shift (12 PM - 8 PM) Monday through Friday, no weekends required. Start Date: ASAPWe are currently seeking a licensed Pharmacist for a full-time opportunity with one of our key clients in the greater Cincinnati (Fairfield) area. This is an excellent chance for a pharmacist looking to transition beyond retail pharmacy into a rewarding role in a closed-door compounding facility. As a Pharmacist in this role, your responsibilities will include:
Verifying prescriptions, conducting drug utilization reviews, reviewing prior authorizations, and facilitating prescription transfers to ensure timely medication access.
Leading the implementation of new pharmacy projects and initiatives within established timelines.
Ensuring compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations.
Collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to maintain patient safety, ensure HIPAA compliance, and uphold industry standards.
Promoting better health outcomes and improving patient adherence through proactive efforts.
The ideal candidate will possess:
A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (RPh); a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) is strongly preferred.
A current, active pharmacist license in Ohio in good standing.
At least one year of experience working as a pharmacist.
A strong sense of reliability, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
