Job Title: Pharmacist In Charge - Veterinary 503B Facility - Urgently Hiring

Pay: $190,000-$200,000 Hours: Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a Pharmacist In Charge for a direct hire position for our client, a specialized 503B production facility focused on veterinary pharmaceutical manufacturing located in Albany, OH. The Pharmacist In Charge will oversee compliance with state and federal regulations while managing all pharmacy operations. The Pharmacist In Charge ensures the facility maintains all regulatory requirements and leads the team in implementing cGMP processes. This is a full-time leadership position located in Albany, OH 45710. As a Pharmacist In Charge, you will be responsible for:

• Maintain and improve systems to ensure continued compliance with state and federal pharmacy/outsourcing facility regulations and accreditation standards
• Represent the facility at all Boards of Pharmacy and off-site regulatory meetings
• Participate in and provide pharmacy guidance to facility teams/committees (e.g., Recall team, complaint team)
• Support company cross-functional teams with regulatory and outsourcing expertise

 

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Ohio pharmacy license or ability to acquire one
• Experience working in a clinical or compounding setting
• Leadership experience (must have)
• Knowledge of 503B production facilities and pharmaceutical manufacturing
