We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician in the Massachusetts region to join the team as a Client Success Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who values patient care and wants to be part of a mission-driven organization. We are committed to enhancing patient care by delivering innovative and efficient pharmacy services to healthcare facilities. This is a sales/business development and customer service role.

Client Success Manager Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including facility leaders and owners, within assigned accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting success metrics through effective communication and coordination.
• Conduct regular facility visits and outreach to drive solutions and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead quarterly business reviews, offering insights and demonstrating the company’s value proposition.
• Monitor client metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and new programs, facilitating their adoption within client accounts.
• Provide product demos, training, and ensure all client needs are met.
• Advocate for clients, ensuring their feedback is communicated and addressing any issues or service concerns.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems and support onboarding, service implementation, and customer service activities.
• Adhere to compliance policies, report violations, and uphold company Code of Conduct.

Client Success Manager Qualifications:

• Degree healthcare management, Pharmacy, or related field
• Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA)
• 2-3 years of long term care account management experience
• Must reside within the Massachusetts region/territory
• A valid driver's license is required for this position - travel will be 70-90%
