We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our new pharmacy location in Pewaukee, WI. This role offers an opportunity to lead and develop a new pharmacy operation while providing vital patient care services. As the primary pharmacist on-site, you will have autonomy in shaping the pharmacy's workflows and processes.

Position Overview Join our team as a Pharmacy Manager, where you'll be responsible for all aspects of pharmacy operations at our new location. This leadership position offers a competitive salary of $150,000 annually and the opportunity to build and manage your own team.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position (40 hours/week)
• Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• On-call rotation: One week every four weeks

Essential Responsibilities Our Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care through:

• Overseeing all aspects of daily pharmacy operations and workflow management
• Ensuring accurate medication dispensing and verification processes
• Coordinating medication shipping and delivery operations
• Managing and developing pharmacy staff while maintaining high performance standards
• Handling specialty medications with appropriate protocols and care
• Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures
• Ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations

Required Qualifications

• Valid Wisconsin Pharmacist License
• Demonstrated management experience in a pharmacy setting
• Proven ability to work independently and make critical decisions
• Experience handling specialty medications and related protocols
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
