Job Title: Staff Pharmacist

Pay: $120,000 – $130,000 per year Hours: M-F 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, rotating weekend  Start Date: ASAP

As a Staff Pharmacist, you'll verify and dispense medications accurately while reviewing medication regimens for safety and therapeutic outcomes. You'll work closely with a dedicated team of consulting pharmacists, night pharmacists, and pharmacy technicians to ensure high-quality service in a dynamic long-term care setting.

What You'll Do

As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for: • Verifying and dispensing medications with accuracy and efficiency • Reviewing medication therapies for appropriateness, safety, and effectiveness • Assisting with resolving medication-related issues and clinical interventions • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and pharmacy protocols • Building strong communication and relationships with healthcare facilities, physicians, nurses, and administrators

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have: • Active Arkansas Pharmacist License • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Preferred: LTC pharmacy experience and IV compounding skills (not required)
