What You’ll Do:

As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth pharmacy operations by:

• Accurately filling, processing, and dispensing medications to meet patient needs and adhere to pharmacy timelines
• Re-packaging and labeling medications in compliance with pharmacy standards, regulations, and safety protocols
• Managing drug inventory through proper documentation, inventory control, and procurement procedures
• Providing exceptional customer service by answering phone inquiries promptly and professionally
• Assisting pharmacists with daily operational tasks and workflow management
• Ensuring all activities comply with state and federal pharmacy regulations to uphold safety and legal standards

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician License (Certified preferred)
• 1 to 3 years of pharmacy experience, ideally in long-term care or compounding settings
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Effective communication abilities and a customer-oriented attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining accuracy and safety
