Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator

Pay: $19 - $23 per hour Hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5:30PM Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Do:

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Answering and triaging incoming calls with professionalism and empathy, providing excellent patient support.

• Performing extensive data entry to accurately update and maintain patient records and administrative documentation.
• Collaborating with team members to adhere to office protocols and deliver a consistent, high-quality patient experience.
• Providing a warm, professional environment for callers and visitors, reflecting the company's commitment to care.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Ohio Pharmacy Technician License (Registered or Certified) — required.
• 1 to 3 years of pharmacy or healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.

Location & Schedule:
