This role requires an active California Pharmacy Technician license and a current PTCB or NHA national certification. As a Mail Order Pharmacy Technician, you’ll play a key role in processing prescriptions accurately, verifying insurance claims, and supporting pharmacy operations to ensure patients receive their medications promptly. You’ll work closely with experienced pharmacy professionals to maintain high standards of accuracy and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter prescriptions into the pharmacy system

• Interpret prescription directions (SIG codes) • Calculate and verify accurate days’ supply and quantity (ex: determining total quantity needed based on dosage and duration) • Process and resolve insurance / third-party claim issues • Provide professional phone-based support to members and providers What You’ll Bring

• Active California Pharmacy Technician license

• PTCB or NHA certification required • Strong data entry experience in a pharmacy setting • Solid understanding of prescription math, including days’ supply calculations • High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Experience handling insurance claims and payments Location & Schedule

This is a full-time, on-site position in Corona, CA.

Candidates should be flexible to work rotating shifts scheduled between: • Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM • Rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Why Join Us?
