Job Title: Staff Pharmacist 

Pay: $61-64/hr Hours: Variable Schedule, Evening and Overnight shifts needed with Saturday availability (1:30PM-10:00PM) Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Staff Pharmacist for a position with our client, a long-term care mail order pharmacy located in the Cincinnati area. The Staff Pharmacist will support the Pharmacy Operations team by assisting the Pharmacist in Charge in managing all Pharmacy Technicians and delivery personnel. You will excel in ensuring the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical services while maintaining regulatory compliance in a closed-door warehouse setting. 

As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for:

• Provide oversight of all Pharmacy Technicians and delivery personnel
• Coordinate the provision of pharmaceutical services and delivery of medications and products to patients
• Conduct patient consultations, prescription verification, and drug utilization review
• Support the Pharmacist in Charge in daily pharmacy operations

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
• Active Ohio pharmacist license
• Experience in mail order or long-term care pharmacy operations
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
