Job Title: Pharmacist - Closed Door Compounding Facility - Urgently Hiring

Pay: $60-65/hr (based on experience)

Hours: 1st (7a-3p M-F, Flexible for later start and end too) or 2nd shift (12 PM - 8 PM) Monday through Friday, no weekends required.

We are seeking a Pharmacist for a full-time position for our client, a closed-door compounding facility located in Fairfield, Ohio. The Pharmacist will verify prescriptions, lead implementation of new pharmacy projects, and ensure regulatory compliance. As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for:

• Verifying prescriptions, conducting drug utilization reviews, reviewing prior authorizations, and facilitating prescription transfers to ensure timely medication access.
• Leading the implementation of new pharmacy projects and initiatives within established timelines.
• Ensuring compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A current, active pharmacist license in Ohio in good standing.
• At least one year of experience working as a pharmacist.
• A strong sense of reliability, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
