We are looking for a
LISW in the Columbus area! This is a full time position with a competitive salary, benefits, and bonus! The schedule is Monday through Friday day shift, overseeing elderly patient care.
Summary:
- Applies graduate-level clinical social work skills to the risk assessment of individuals, families, and groups and provides graduate-level clinical social work interventions as appropriate to client needs.
- Consults and collaborates with hospital and community professionals and programs, participates in program and organizational assessment, planning, and development according to license guidelines.
- Seeks professional social work supervision when appropriate for practice or training.
Qualifications:
- OH Licensed Independent Social Worker with Master's Degree in Social Work from accredited Social Work academic program (Accredited by the Council on Social Work Education). MUST be independently licensed.
- Must have strong listening and communication skills and the ability to work well in an interdisciplinary setting. Computer skills are highly desirable.
- Must have two years social work experience, preferably in health care, and minimum one-year experience working with a frail/elderly population.

Salary: 65k-89knper year based on experience plus 10% bonus

Education:
Experience:
- Social work: 2 years (Required)
- Experience with hospice, healthcare, oncology social work is preferred
License/Certification:
