Although we were in a time crunch, Nick still managed to prepare me, answering all my questions, providing me with necessary resources and most importantly, the patience in which to accomplish what needed done - well in advance of my start date and this presented well to our client. I appreciated being this thoroughly prepared on day one, when so many others didn't have any of the onboarding info necessary to complete their hiring process.
