Job Title: Pharmacy Technician Urgently Hiring

Pay: $27.27/hr   Hours: Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm business hours, typical 8-hour shifts (must be available 10:30am-7pm) Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician for a full-time temp-to-permanent position for our client, a major healthcare facility located in North Chicago, IL. The Pharmacy Technician will focus on medication fulfillment and providing excellent customer service via phone in a fast-paced healthcare environment. 

As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Fulfill patient medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service via phone communication
• Prepare unit dose medications and cartfills for patient delivery
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of patient-specific medications

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Illinois Licensed Pharmacy Technician license (must hold or be able to obtain)
• National Pharmacy Technician certification (PTCB or NHA required)
• 1+ years of pharmacy background experience
