Compounding Pharmacy Technician Positions - Columbus, OH - Urgently Hiring
Location: Columbus, OH
Pay: $20-30/hour (depending on experience and position)
Schedule Options:
- Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with potential flexibility)
- Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with rotating weekend on-call
Start Date: ASAP
We have multiple openings for Compounding Pharmacy Technicians at growing compounding pharmacies throughout the Columbus area. Positions available for both Non-Sterile Compounding and Sterile Compounding specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Compound sterile and/or non-sterile medications according to established protocols and prescriptions
- Mix IVs and prepare sterile medications (sterile positions)
- Clean and maintain compounding equipment and work areas according to protocols
- Work collaboratively with pharmacy staff to deliver quality patient care
Required Qualifications
- Ohio Board of Pharmacy Technician License
- PTCB or NHA Certification
- Previous pharmaceutical compounding experience (sterile experience required for sterile positions)
