Job Title: Staff Pharmacist

Pay: $124,000 - $130,000 per year Hours: Flexible 8-hour shifts Monday-Friday between 8:30am-6:30pm, with rotating weekend on-call (12pm-4pm Saturday/Sunday) Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Do:

As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for:

• Applying your clinical expertise to optimize medication regimens for long-term care residents.
• Enhancing quality of life through personalized medication management and tailored patient care.
• Providing pharmacy-related education and guidance to healthcare teams at partner facilities.
• Conducting comprehensive medication reviews and consultations to ensure safe and effective therapy.
• Utilizing proprietary pharmacy software systems in a high-volume environment, including blister packaging operations.
