Are you a compassionate professional with excellent communication skills and a knack for organization? We’re seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, handling high-volume phone interactions, triaging calls, and supporting various administrative functions.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Location: Cuyahoga Falls, OH
• Type: Full-Time
• Pay: $19-$23/hr Depending on licensure and experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and triage incoming calls, providing exceptional patient service and support
• Assist patients with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and follow-up needs
• Perform extensive data entry to support patient records and administrative duties
• Collaborate with team members and adhere to office protocols and procedures
• Provide a welcoming and professional experience for all callers and visitors

What You’ll Bring:

• Ohio Pharmacy Technician License (Registered or Certified, required).
• 1 to 3 years of pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.
