Job Title: Clinical Infusion Pharmacist

Pay: $120,000-$130,000 annually

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (8:30AM-5PM or 10AM-6:30PM)

As a Clinical Infusion Pharmacist, you'll play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive pharmacy services for patients requiring both chronic and acute infusion therapies. You'll work closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of pharmaceutical care and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do:

As a Clinical Infusion Pharmacist, you will be responsible for:

• Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services, including sterile compounding, dispensing, and ongoing clinical monitoring for infusion therapies
• Manage pharmacy operations in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies
• Lead and supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff to maintain high practice standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes and optimize therapy plans
• Contribute to Quality Assurance programs and Performance Improvement initiatives
• Maintain precise clinical documentation and ensure proper controlled substance management
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide continuous patient care support

What You'll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Registered Pharmacist (R.Ph.) degree
• Current and active state pharmacist license
• Require candidates with HITS (Health Information Technology) experience 
• CPR+ experience is preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in specialty home infusion or hospital pharmacy settings preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in IV room operations and infusion therapy
• Strong record of maintaining regulatory compliance and quality standards
• Excellent clinical judgment and patient-focused mindset
• Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Tempe, AZ and offers a full-time schedule Monday through Friday between 8am-7pm with participation in on-call rotation.
