Job Title: Staff Pharmacist - Urgently Hiring - Immediate Opening!
Pay: $130,000 - $145,000 depending on licensure/experience
Hours:
- Monday – Friday, 8:30AM-5PM

We are seeking a
Staff Pharmacist for our specialty pharmacy providing home infusion and alternate care services in
Carmel, Indiana. The Staff Pharmacist will dispense medications and medical equipment, assess therapy appropriateness, document patient progress, and provide medication education in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This position reports to the Pharmacy Manager or Director of Pharmacy.
As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for:
- Assess patient suitability for home care and appropriateness of prescribed therapy
- Develop individualized pharmacy care plans and review laboratory results
- Counsel patients and caregivers on prescribed therapy and medication use
- Ensure accurate prescription order entry, medication concentration, and proper storage
- Oversee compounding activities and ensure compliance with USP <797> standards
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (PharmD or MS in Pharmacy preferred)
- Current state pharmacy license
- Minimum 2 years acute-care experience OR 1 year home infusion therapy experience
- Strong knowledge of IV admixture services and IV therapy
