Job Title: Staff Pharmacist

Pay: $62.50 - $67.50 per hour Hours: Rotating 8-hour shifts between 7AM - 11PM Start Date: ASAP

As a Staff Pharmacist, you'll play a key role in ensuring safe medication practices, guiding healthcare professionals, and managing pharmacy operations efficiently. You’ll work closely with our dedicated team to deliver results that prioritize quality and accuracy in medication dispensing.

What You’ll Do:

As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing prescriptions from authorized prescribers for accuracy and determining required formulas and ingredients.
• Compounding sterile and non-sterile medications using standard formulas and processes, including weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients.
• Directing pharmacy employees in tasks such as mixing, packaging, labeling, and processing prescription orders, ensuring compliance with all procedures.
• Dispensing medications and providing counseling to nursing facility staff on the proper use of prescription and over-the-counter medications.

What You’ll Bring: The ideal candidate will have:

• A valid Minnesota Pharmacy License in good standing (Required).
• Strong knowledge of compounding (both sterile and non-sterile) and prescription verification.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining high accuracy and standards of patient care.
• Preferred: Experience in a long-term care or closed-door pharmacy environment.

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Eden Prairie, MN and offers rotating 8-hour shifts, with weekend requirements every third weekend.
