What You’ll Do:

As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough medication reviews to ensure safe and optimal patient therapy.

• Collaborating with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient-centered medication therapy plans.
• Monitoring therapeutic outcomes and making necessary adjustments to medications in collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding pharmacy operations.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to practice development.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active pharmacist license in the state of Oklahoma.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology and medication management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively educate and interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
• A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to patient safety.
