Job Title: Pharmacist in Charge - Urgent!!

Pay: $65-72/hr 

Hours: Full time, M-F between 8-4:30

Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Pharmacist in Charge to join closed door pharmacy in Akron, Ohio that serves patients who are actively seeing their doctors. The PIC will manage daily pharmacy operations while ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering exceptional patient care.

As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for:

• Verify prescriptions for accuracy, safety, and formulary alternatives

• Provide personalized counseling, MTM, and wellness services

• Supervise and train the team of pharmacy technicians

• Foster a culture of accountability, professional growth, and excellent service

The ideal candidate for this role will have: 

• Pharm.D. with active Ohio pharmacist license required

• Experience in management for at least 5 years 

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
