One of our major clients in Hayward, CA area is currently seeking a well-qualified, experienced Pharmacist In Charge. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional looking to join an amazing specialty infusion pharmacy!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees Daily Operations: Manages pharmacy operations, staff performance, and ensures compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Ensures Regulatory Compliance: Maintains adherence to USP 797/800 standards and state/federal pharmacy laws and licensing requirements.

• Supervises Clinical Services: Oversees safe and accurate compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring of medications, including controlled substances.

• Provides Leadership and Support: Leads hiring, training, performance management, and strategic planning for pharmacy staff.

• Collaborates with Medical Teams: Acts as a liaison with healthcare providers and serves as a resource for drug information and support.

Requirements:

• Specialty pharmacy or home infusion experience required
• PharmD or RPH with appropriate clinical experience
• Active License CA
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Strong team communication skills
• Detail-oriented and adaptable

• M-F 8:30am - 5:00pm with evenings as needed
• On-call as needed
