A Pharmacy in Scottsdale, AZ is currently seeking Registered/ Certified Pharmacy Technicians. If you are looking for a change, this position is for you!! These are full-time positions that will entail working in a closed door mail order pharmacy with an extremely healthy working environment. OVERTIME and BONUS INCENTIVES are offered!! . The pay and benefits are really competitive!! Pay is $25/hr! Day shift (8a-5p). Additional flexibility outside of these hours are preferred, but not required. 

Certified Pharmacy Technician Description:

• Supports pharmacy and pharmacist services by stocking, labeling, assembling, and filling medications or other tasks as permitted by the state board of pharmacy
• Update and maintain patient profile records as necessary according to state pharmacy regulations
• Responsible for entering new and refilling prescriptions, speaking with facilities regarding medication clarification, and consulting with Pharmacists about orders.
• Assisting with pharmaceutical preparation, distribution, and keeping records under pharmacist supervision

Pharmacy Technician Qualifications: MUST be certified 

• Proven experience as a pharmacy technician preferred (1-2 years)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Effective communicator
• A quick and independent learner
• Knowledge of Pharmacy law and medical terminology
• Successful completion of a pharmacy technician program
