A Pharmacy in the Hayward, WI area is currently seeking a well-qualified licensed Pharmacist to work in their retail setting. This is a permanent position looking for a long term candidate.
Pharmacist Key Responsibilities:
- Retail Pharmacy duties

Patient Education: Educate patients on the benefits, potential side effects, and aftercare related to vaccinations. Address any concerns or questions they may have.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all vaccinations administered, including patient information and vaccine details.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage vaccine inventory, ensuring adequate supply and proper storage of vaccines.
Pharmacist Qualifications:

Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.

Licensure: Current and valid pharmacy license in [WI]. OR in process of getting it with state board

Experience: Previous experience in administering vaccinations preferred. Experience in a retail or community pharmacy setting is advantageous.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and engage patients effectively. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Certifications: Certification in immunization NEEDED!
