LTC Pharmacy Position - URGENTLY HIRING Staff Pharmacist Role

Pay: $130,000-$135,000

Hours: Night Shift: 7 on/7 off, 9PM-7AM Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking experienced Pharmacists for a full-time position for our client, a growing long-term care pharmacy providing essential medication services to assisted living and skilled nursing facilities located in Little Rock, Arkansas. 

As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for:

- Participate in on-call rotation to address urgent medication needs outside regular business hours.

- Support quality improvement initiatives within the pharmacy. - Assist with training and mentoring pharmacy technicians as needed. The ideal candidate for these roles will have:

- Active Arkansas pharmacist license in good standing

- Previous long-term care pharmacy experience (preferred but not required) - Retail pharmacy experience (acceptable alternative)
