Job Title: Pharmacist Urgently Hiring

Pay: $60-65/hr

Hours: Flexible 8-hour shifts between 7 am to 7:30 pm

We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist for a contingent position for our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization located in Illinois. The Pharmacist will play a critical role in ensuring patient safety, medication management, and comprehensive pharmaceutical care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate extensive clinical knowledge, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to professional pharmacy practice. 

As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for:

• Verify and interpret prescription orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential drug interactions
• Provide expert medication counseling to patients and healthcare professionals
• Manage and supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff
• Implement and maintain medication safety protocols
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient medication records

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an accredited pharmacy program
• Active and unrestricted state pharmacist license in Illinois
• Minimum of one year of clinical pharmacy experience
