One of our major clients in the greater Cincinnati (Fairfield) area is currently seeking a licensed Pharmacist. Are you looking to expand beyond the retail space? As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for:

• Verify prescriptions, conduct drug utilization reviews, review prior authorizations, and facilitate the transfer of patient prescriptions to ensure timely medication access.
• Drive the implementation of new pharmacy projects and initiatives within designated timelines.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing pharmacy operations.
• Collaborate with team members across various departments and stakeholders to uphold patient safety, HIPAA compliance, and adherence standards.
• Foster improved health outcomes and enhance patient adherence through proactive measures.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (RPh); Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) strongly preferred.
• Current pharmacist license in Ohio, in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a pharmacist
• Demonstrated reliability, initiative, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting

Compensation: $60-$65/hr based on experience

Schedule: 1st shift OR 2nd shift (12pm - 8pm) Monday through Friday, no weekends
