LTC Pharmacy PIC Position - URGENTLY HIRING Pharmacist in Charge (PIC)

Pay: $145,000-$150,000

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM with Saturday rotation and on-call Start Date: ASAP We are seeking experienced PIC for full-time positions for our client, a growing long-term care pharmacy providing essential medication services to assisted living and skilled nursing facilities located in Little Rock, Arkansas. As a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC), you will be responsible for:

- Oversee all pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with the state board of pharmacy regulations, DEA requirements, and other applicable laws.

- Lead and supervise pharmacy staff including pharmacists and technicians to maintain efficient workflow. - Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance for professional development of pharmacy staff. The ideal candidate for these roles will have:

- Active Arkansas pharmacist license in good standing

- Previous long-term care pharmacy experience (preferred but not required) - Retail pharmacy experience (acceptable alternative) - Management experience
