LTC Pharmacy Positions - URGENTLY HIRING Staff Pharmacist Positions

Pay: $130,000-$134,000

Hours: Two schedule options available:

• Night Shift: 7 on/7 off, 9PM-7AM
• Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM or 10AM-7PM (flexible) with every 4th Saturday-Sunday on-call rotation

We are seeking experienced Pharmacists for full-time positions for our client, a growing long-term care pharmacy providing essential medication services to assisted living and skilled nursing facilities located in Little Rock, Arkansas. These are permanent positions located in Little Rock, Arkansas.

As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for:

- Participate in on-call rotation to address urgent medication needs outside regular business hours.

- Support quality improvement initiatives within the pharmacy. - Assist with training and mentoring pharmacy technicians as needed. The ideal candidate for these roles will have:

- Active Arkansas pharmacist license in good standing

- Previous long-term care pharmacy experience (preferred but not required) - Retail pharmacy experience (acceptable alternative)
