Job Title: Compounding Pharmacy Technician (Sterile & Non-Sterile) - Urgently Hiring

Pay: $20-30/hour (depending on experience)

Hours: Multiple schedules available including:
  • Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with potential flexibility)
  • Night Shifts (8:00 PM - 8:00 AM with shift differential), 7 on/7 off, Wed-Sat

We are seeking Compounding Pharmacy Technicians for full-time positions for our clients, growing compounding pharmacies located in the healthcare sector throughout the Columbus area. The Compounding Technicians will prepare both sterile and non-sterile pharmaceutical compounds according to established protocols and USP standards while contributing to efficient workflows. The Compounding Technicians will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate medication preparation while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. These positions are located in Columbus, Worthington, and New Albany, Ohio.

As a Compounding Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for:

- Compound sterile and/or non-sterile medications according to established protocols and prescriptions

- Maintain appropriate drug inventory levels and complete accurate documentation of all compounds prepared - Keep detailed clean room logs and ensure compliance with USP standards and regulatory requirements - Clean and maintain compounding equipment and work areas according to protocols - Monitor inventory levels and alert management when supplies need to be ordered  - Perform quality control checks on prepared compounds - Work collaboratively with pharmacy staff to deliver quality patient care - Assist in developing and improving workflow processes and standard operating procedures - Document all compounding activities in compliance with regulatory requirements - Perform duties while standing and working with hands throughout the shift The ideal candidate for this role will have:

- Previous experience in pharmaceutical compounding (sterile or non-sterile)

- Ohio Board of Pharmacy Technician License - PTCB or NHA Certification (required) Benefits:
