Job Title: Order Entry Pharmacy Technician 

Location: Dayton, Ohio Shift: 2nd & 3rd Shifts Available Pay: $18 - $21.50 per hour based on experience and licensing  Projected Start Date: ASAP

Overview

We are currently hiring 4 Order Entry Technicians near Dayton, Ohio, to support a Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a strong multitasking ability and excellent phone etiquette. The role requires both data entry and answering phone calls, with an equal split between the two tasks. Candidates must be able to seamlessly transition between tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data and order entry for scripts.
• Answer and assist customers via phone.
• Switch between phone calls and data entry duties quickly.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with general office tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• State License (required).
• Comfortable answering phones and handling customer inquiries.
• Ability to quickly switch between multiple screens and tasks.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• Retail experience is a plus.

Schedule & Training:

• Training: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM for 4 weeks.
• Shifts Available: **2nd & 3rd shifts after training**

• Closed-door Long-Term Care (LTC) setting.
