One of our major clients in the Baltimore, Maryland area is seeking skilled Order Entry Pharmacy Technicians to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a modern and innovative long-term care pharmacy service focused on delivering exceptional patient care!

Job Title: Order Entry Pharmacy Technician

Pay: $18-21.50/hr Location: Baltimore, Maryland Area (Potential for hybrid/remote work based on performance and experience)

Schedule Options:  

• Second Shift: 2:30 - 11 PM
• Third Shift: 10 PM - 6:30 AM
• Training Period: Monday-Friday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) for four weeks

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and enter prescription orders with high accuracy
• Handle incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service
• Switch efficiently between data entry and phone communications
• Execute multitasking responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure accuracy in all prescription processing stages

Requirements:

• Active Maryland Pharmacy Technician License
• Strong phone communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency in navigating multiple computer screens
• Retail pharmacy experience is a plus
