Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities:
- Fill prescriptions accurately and efficiently, ensuring patient safety.
- Provide excellent phone-based customer service, answering inquiries and addressing concerns.
- Operate the med-cup packaging system and assist with inventory management.
- Enter patient and prescription data accurately into the system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service.
Pharmacy Technician Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail for ensuring accuracy in prescription filling.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, especially over the phone.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the pharmacy field.
- Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) is preferred but not required to apply. We will support you in achieving certification through our paid training program.
