ASG Pharmacy has partnered with an established health system to assist with their growing pharmacy department. Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Pharmacist to join their Ambulatory Care team and help start their new pharmacotherapy clinic! Initially, this role will be focused on starting the pharmacotherapy program for internal employees and their dependents.  This role could develop into further responsibilities within the organization and is perfect for those looking for hands-on leadership roles! 

Responsibilities: 

• Assist the director of pharmacy to develop the pharmacotherapy program. 

• Once operational, oversee day-to-day operations of the Pharmacotherapy clinic. 

• Provide Pharmacotherapy consultations to employees and dependents at onsite clinic. 

• Conduct MTM reviews and collaborate with prescribing physician and insurance as needed. 

Qualifications: 

• License to practice pharmacy in the state of Texas that is in good standing with a preceptor licence. 

• Completion of pharmacy residency program, or comparable experience in other settings.

• Specialty Certification from the board of pharmacy, or willingness to obtain).  

Benefits:

• $20,000 sign on bonus, paid over three years.
