I've been staffing for Therapy & Nursing for 7 years now! I am originally from New York, but have built a life with my Husband and our dog Cody (he's a Morkie!) in sunny South Florida! I have a passion for getting to know people, making the recruiting process fun & memorable, and truly helping others reach their maximum potential for life, and work! Hitting my goals has always been important, but watching others do it while on as assignment with me, is truly remarkable!
Recruiting has become my passion and motivation for life and being the best me I can be! As the Director of Recruiting here, I am fully engaged with our team, and our Recruiters being the best possible advocates, as well as treating my own travelers like they're part of our family! Ardor Health Solutions has given me the opportunity to expand on doing what I love and thankfully, I get to meet so many amazing people through this type of work! I admire all of my travelers so much for their courage, commitment to their craft, and of course, their incredible ability to navigate through this ever changing climate! As much as the market changes, I try and keep an even keel, and support my travelers as best as possible. I love being a resource for anyone I connect with, and most of all, I have a true love for being their Recruiter.
