I could not give a rating anything less than perfect. I called on a Wednesday, interviewed on a Thursday, drug tested on a Friday and started on Monday! After being out of work for 2 months I was ecstatic! They were very fast and friendly, every question I had was immediately answered. Could not have a more professional team, especially during these times. My top choice for a local staffing agency!

Amy is a very knowledgeable and professional recruiter. She was swift in finding me adequate employment, although the job wasn't exactly what I was looking for, I wholeheartedly excepted a position of lesser interest. About Amy Williams:

I applied for a Class A driver/Mechanic position on Indeed through Arch Staffing. I had just gotten my CDL recently and was not much of a mechanic. So I called Amy to ask more about the position and to explain my apprehension. She went out of the way to call the client and ask if they would be willing to interview me. She was supportive of me from the start. She reached back out to me quicker than I had thought being that I contacted her on the Friday before a Holiday, telling me they wanted to do an interview. The position was direct hire but she still wanted me to let her know what happened. I interviewed within the next couple days and was hired an hour later. Amy was almost more excited for me than me! She really built me up and made me feel like I was making a good decision. Amy was friendly, quick and precise. I really enjoyed talking and working with Amy to get the position I wanted. She really understood me and went above the call of duty! Thank You Amy!
