If I knew the job was 2 weeks I would of never went, The housing in NC is legit and Newton Police said what their doing is legal from new ownership and NC has the worst laws and worse work laws by firing you without no explanation and not hiring on the spot, I applied jobs in Florida yesterday once I got home,Took me 1 hour for me to find this, In 30 days I will be a employee with full benefits including dental and vision and medical by them explaining it on zoom and also passing a drug test, It’s family owned graphics company by doing sales and pre instal on vehicle wraps and race wraps, Boats,ect, $22.50 hr 7am to 3pm paid overtime M-Thurs off on Friday-Sat-Sunday paid holiday and vacation I start Tuesday,
NC jobs need to understand the laws of housing and vehicle ownership, You can’t buy a new or used car by applying for a temp week job to full time when they may not hire you, At a dealership you have to have a job more than a year or on the job for 9-10 months with steady 40hrs and checks, Housing same way, They can and will deny you by NC law if you don’t meet their policy standards, $695 to $825 starting in June without notice, New occupancy is $925 plus $925 deposit for 1 br, 2 br here is $1450, My lease is up June 1st I have to make $16.00 or more and have a job that is consistent full time before I sign my lease in June, That’s the housing company’s decision and in NC their is no law about what they can do, NC landlords to apartment owners can raise rent at anytime, Weekly Monthly or Yearly, More people rent in NC so they know you will pay it, TN, SC, Virginia, West Virginia to NY only raises rent once in a year they cant raise your rent after that by housing law, It’s their law, NC it’s their game by NC not having that law, They can kick you out and will cause they don’t care and it’s legal, Why I did what I had to do, Not paying $850 a month by having 535 square foot apartment, $85 for Duke power, I have 2 cats then I have phone bill and insurance ect, I have a race team that I pay $700 a weekend to race, I have to have a job full time that starts right there and then, I have business accounts through SRI Performance and Petty Motorsports so I have to meet their income standard by leasing race parts, These companies are ignoring the fact you have to live, Newton Cops said 72 people got eviction notices this year at my place and I’m leaving before I do, They keep going up on rent and you have to meet their policy, Cops told me jobs suck around here by what there policy’s are, Hickory will be a ghost town like Lenior NC by furniture factory’s going under by gas going up and truckers denying pay loads, It’s happening as we speak, My best friend is a trucker and he quit doing NC loads by not paying enough for his fuel, So he is doing Mid West only and gone 3 weeks at a time, Why I moved to Florida, I still will race at Hickory Speedway on weekends but jobs here suck…
